I’m Dr. Michael Shoultz, founder of Spirit Rising Coaching and a Human Potential Architect. I work with people who are capable and accomplished, but feel pressure, uncertainty, or disconnection beneath how things look. For more than 40 years, I’ve worked across leadership development, education, coaching, and organizational learning.

I believe the most lasting changes happen when we understand the inner architecture beneath our behavior. That means paying attention to identity, interpretation, patterns, and the environments that reinforce them.
My role is not to hand you a script. It is to help you slow down, see clearly, and reconnect your actions with what matters to you. The work is thoughtful, practical, and deeply human.
